The Veteran Car is an event which takes place at the end of every
Octobor or early November in London. On that day, the chances are that
lots of classic car owners will be driving their old cars from London's
Hyde Park to Brighton: an east coast city in the UK.
Nevertheless, I'd been looking forward to seeing this event for two years,
but I hadn't been able to make it for failing to get to the starting point in time.
As this event begun at 7:30 in the morning, I should have left home earlier than
6 AM for I was living in the surburbs of London.
This year, consequently, my wife and I were there early in the morning
and we enjoyed its great atmosphere. As a matter of fact, we'd just expected
to have a look at those old classic cars, then take some photographs, nothing else.
However, we were so impressed by its scale and the passion of the participants.
There were countless unique old classic cars, which only might be seen in a museum,
and it was even more impressive that those classic cars are priviately owned.
